10.0 PROACTIVE

          Proactive means involves creating change, not merely anticipating it. It doesn't simply include the critical characteristics of adaptability and flexibility toward an unverifiable future. To be proactive is to take the activity in enhancing business. At the other amazing, conduct that is not proactive incorporates sitting back, giving others a chance to attempt to get things going, and inactively trusting that remotely forced change "works out alright." Entrepreneur can settle on cognizant choices to leave and enter circumstances, as when they take another occupation, settle on obtaining or divestment choices, or enter new markets. This is a type of proactive conduct (Bateman & Crant, 2013)

          Then, Samsung evolved into several other industries such as finance, media, chemicals and construction. Although he failed in each attempt he never gave up and took the courageous decision despite the risk of failure is high. After that, he decided to try and get into the electronics industry. The industries gets a lot of advantages and earn a result of his hard work to try different ways to move forward and not miss the opportunity to get ahead (Richest, 2015).

11.0 CONCLUSION

          In conclusion, the results of this assignment, we can find out more about the history of entrepreneurship. Then we will know about definition of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs from various perspectives and personalities of success entrepreneurs, we can also know the importance of entrepreneurial activity in our daily lives. It also gives the definition of who is regarded as entrepreneurs and are accompanied by entrepreneurial traits that enable them to become a successful entrepreneur now. It also gives the definition of who is considered from the perspective of entrepreneurs. We also are able to identify the characteristics of entrepreneurs with traders, corporate managers and entrepreneurs. From this assignment we learn about the traits that supposed to have in an entrepreneur to gain a better quality in future. Besides that, we also add value for our information about local and international entrepreneur from their old history until now. Finally, we can apply the profile of successful entrepreneurs in Malaysia and globally with the characteristics of entrepreneurs are studied.
